If it is not in stock and needs to be made to order we check with the factory as we deal direct with the manufacturer; generally it is approximately 12-16 weeks.

 We usually only stock in black, or white and tan, or as indicated on the product info, but if the item is vinyl finished it may be possible to have custom colour items made for you. Please contact us with your requirements.

Visa, MasterCard, direct bank deposit. Payment by credit cards incur a 2.5% surcharge. All orders require a 50% deposit with balance due before delivery.   

Yes, this is stated in our terms of trade provided at time of quoting. Faulty items will be replaced/repaired or refunded. We do not offer sale and return. However on agreement with the company, should the goods be returned in the original  packaging in good order and condition at the purchasers cost, a refund would be made following inspection less restocking fee (15% restocking fee). Prior approval must be obtained before goods will be accepted. If not installed by a licensed technician, ie a plumber, where relevant then warranty is void.

Due to the different country regulations some items are not wired and holes are not always cut due to the many different client requirements for the fitting location. However fittings are supplied to suit the unit on certain models.  For confirmation please contact us.

Yes, all tapware, hoses and fittings are supplied.  Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber or warranty will be voided.   The plumber is responsible for supplying and installing any or all additional components required to comply with local council authority requirements/regulations.

A licensed electrician is also required for LED mirror installation.

Usually there is some simple assembly required as the items are supplied in shipping cartons and fully assembled items run the risk of delivery damage due to the size and shape. We are unable to offer assembly services.

Yes, we can arrange export orders within in the Pacific area, excluding Australia, however all export/customs and freight costs must be arranged and paid for by you directly

We do not offer any refunds on change of mind, including furniture, electrical, wet goods, clippers, trimmers, foils, and accessories.
