Shipping

The freight charge is calculated on what is ordered, the cubic dimensions and delivery point. If you would like a quote on delivery before placing your order please contact us.

If it is not in stock and needs to be made to order we check with the factory as we deal direct with the manufacturer; generally it is approximately 12 weeks.

We only stock in black, or white on some beauty products, and as indicated on the product info, but if the item is vinyl finished there is a range of colours to choose from which we can have items custom made for you.

Our showroom is at 17 Allens Rd, East Tamaki. The showroom is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm.

We are open Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, (closed public holidays) but please feel free to leave a phone message or email us any time and we will get back to you just as soon as possible.

Visa, MasterCard, direct bank deposit. Payment by credit cards incur a 3.5% surcharge. All orders require a 50% deposit with balance due before delivery. We can offer finance packages, please contact us as certain conditions apply.

Yes, this is stated in our terms of trade provided at time of quoting. Faulty items will be replaced/repaired or refunded. We do not offer sale and return. However on agreement with the company, should the goods be returned in the original product packaging in good order and condition, at the purchasers cost, a refund would be made following inspection less restocking fee (10% restocking fee). Prior approval must be obtained before goods will be accepted. If not installed by a licensed technician, ie a plumber, where relevant then warranty is void.

Due to the different country regulations the items are not wired and holes are not always cut due to the many different client requirements for the fitting location. However fittings are supplied to suit the unit on certain models.

Yes, however a licensed plumber will be needed to install units where plumbing is required.

Usually there is some simple assembly required as the items are supplied in shipping cartons and fully assembled items run the risk of delivery damage due to the size and shape. We are unable to offer assembly services.

Yes, we can arrange export orders, however all export/customs and freight costs must be arranged and paid for by you directly.

Warranty

A 5-year structural warranty applies from date of purchase on furniture products, including a 2-year warranty on vinyl* and hydraulics, except trolleys, stools, standard tapware and other accessories where a 1-year warranty applies. Warranty is only valid, if installed by licensed technician, electrician or plumber. 

Electrical products (except LED Mirrors, see below Note 1) have a 3-year warranty on electrical components.

There is no warranty on factory seconds, ex showroom or ex demo items.

*Vinyl warranty does not cover rips, tears, wear and tear and chemical damage.

Terms and conditions

SUPPLY OF GOODS

The Company does not supply Goods on “sale or return” and all sales are deemed final. Where at the discretion of the Company, the Company has agreed to accept Goods for return:

 

(a) The Goods must be returned unused and/or undemonstrated, in their original packaging, and in good resalable condition within seven (7) days of purchase, and
(b) You must bear the cost of freight and any other handling fees, and
(c) You agree that a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price may be charged where the Company deems it appropriate to cover administrative and handling costs.

 

Where You have ordered Goods from the Company, and Your order has been accepted, no cancellation or alterations may be made to the order without the express written consent of the Company. The Company retains the right to charge reasonable costs incurred where the Company accepts a cancellation. There is no refund on deposits for custom or made to order items. 


Goods on “special” or “clearance” will not be accepted for return or refund.
The Company retains the right to accept or decline any order for Goods in whole or part, and/or to sub-contract the supply of Goods, and nothing in this Agreement shall be negated for failure to deliver the full content of any order. Any claims for damaged or defective Goods must be made within 36 hours of delivery of the Goods to you, and the Goods must be held until the Company advises in writing that the Goods may be collected, returned or destroyed. Failure to retain defective or damaged Goods until notified in writing will nullify any claim. The Company retains the right to determine whether it replaces or provides a credit to Your account for any Goods found to be damaged or defective. 


DELIVERY

If the Goods are ready for delivery on the date specified by You, and You do not accept, or are unable to accept delivery, or the Company’s carriers cannot gain reasonable access to make delivery, the Company shall be entitled to invoice You for any delivery charges incurred. 

Short Delivered: Where Goods have been delivered to Your premises by the Company or their carriers, no claim for shortage will be accepted where the delivery documents have not been amended to show the actual Goods delivered,
and signed by You and a representative of the carrier company. 

Received Damaged: You are expected to examine the product on delivery prior to signing “received in good order and condition” as signing this negates any further claims on cartage. If damage is noted on signing You must notify the Company immediately, and within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.

 

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Due to the nature of furniture, most items cannot be delivered fully assembled due to possible damage during shipping or delivery. Assembly and installation is your responsibility. A qualified technician must conduct any plumbing and electrical work.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payment by Debit card, Credit card, Direct Bank Deposit. Any deposits, including part-payment are strictly nonrefundable. A 3.5% surcharge is applicable for payments made by credit card.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and Yourself, and takes precedence if any inconsistencies arise. 


Where You are a “business” as defined in Consumers Guarantees Act 1993, and You are acquiring the Company’s goods (“Goods”) (and/or services) for the purpose of a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. 


The Company accepts no responsibility in respect of any loss of any kind suffered by You, whether direct or indirect, consequential or economic, profits, expenses or otherwise, because of an act on behalf of the Company, an employee, or agent, whether such act was through negligence or omission, or through failure to supply the Goods (or services) of a particular nature, type or size, or for failure to provide within a specified time period or otherwise. In any case, and at the Company’s sole discretion, liability shall be limited to the amount You would have paid should the transaction have met those requirements.


You are relying on Your own judgment regarding the nature, quality, and condition of the Goods and their sufficiency for any purpose. No representation by the Company or its servants or agents whether orally or in writing shall constitute a sale by definition.
